Shipping: When will your order be sent?Books by Mary Oakley is administered by Liz Oakley in her spare time. We always endeavour to post the books you order as quickly as we can. However, please understand if there is a delay, and bear with us. We guarantee to post your books within 4 weeks of ordering, and usually manage a much faster service. If you are concerned about when your order might arrive please get in touch.Shipping: Where will we send to?Most of our orders are from customers with UK postal addresses. We can, however, send Mary's books to most other countries in the world. If you do not live in the UK, and wish to order some of Mary's books, please add them to your cart, log-in to the site, go to the checkout and enter your address. The chances are that the website will calculate the shipping cost to your country. If you are wanting to buy Mary's books, and do not come from a country that this site currently calculates shipping for, please get in touch and we'll see if we can add prices for your country.Shipping: What does it cost?When you go to the Checkout, you will see a number of different shipping options, each with its own price attached. These are calculated based on the weight of the order, and you are free to select which you want.
One of the shipping methods is labelled "Published Rates". We also send out a printed price list, which offers simplified prices inclusive of Post and Packing. Shipping using "Published Rates" allows you to have that same price through this website. All other shipping methods are at cost.
Please note that the Royal Mail are raising their postal prices with effect from 7th April 2008. Our shipping rates have been increased accordingly.ReturnsIf you want to return anything you have ordered please get in touch before sending it back. We are very accomodating, but like to know something is on its way back first! If we make a mistake we will, of course, give you a full refund. If you simply change your mind, you can always send your books back, but we do reserve the right not to refund postage costs in this case. But as we say - get in touch with us if there are any problems whatsoever. We want you to be totally satisfied with your order and will do all we can to help.
